"दिल ही तो है न संभलता ये बात आगे चलता है,

आगे क्या देखते हैं पीछे मुड़ कर देखता है।

आगे डर का ना होगा, न पीछे रहेगा कोई,

खुद को आजमाता है, चलो आजमा कर देखता है।

खुदा के वास्ते पड़ोसी, याराना ना बना,

देखना वक़्त आया है, चलो वक़्त पर देखता है।

ख़याल अता है दिल में, इस तरह ख़्वाहिश की,

की खुद ख़ुशी से मर जाऊँ, चलो मर कर देखता है।"

Translation:

"The heart is not cautious; it moves forward,

What lies ahead, it looks back to see.

There will be no fear ahead, nor anyone left behind,

It challenges itself, let's challenge and see.

Don't become a neighbor for God's sake, nor a companion,

It's time to see, let's see according to the time.

The thought comes to the heart, such a desire,

That I die in happiness myself, let's die and see."
